Teaching time is a key part of any school curriculum, so we've made these resources that we use when we teach time. We've tried to create them to be as open-ended as possible so that you can use them within your own teaching style!

• Analogue Teaching Time Clock

  Analogue Teaching Time Clock: Basic - Use this clock once you've studied the basics of a clock. You can start and stop the clock, drag the hands around (both minutes and hour hand), hide the seconds hand to help focus on the time, set random times for quick assessment questions (choosing either multiples of 15, 5 or single minutes), and display minute numbers if needed. Both the numbers for the hours and minutes are colour coded for the hands.

• Telling The Time

  Telling the time - A Government-made interactive whiteboard teaching resource made as part of the National Numeracy Strategy. Adjust the size of the clock, show / hide the digital equivalent of the time, and also show/hide the analogue clock. Adjust the position of the clock by clicking and dragging. To change the time of the clock use the "+" and "-" buttons and change the time increments by pressing on the button itself.
